Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Xevolution for the purchase and use of the Outreach Pack. By completing a purchase you accept them.
1. What you are buying
The Outreach Pack is a set of thirty written prompts for cold email, delivered as digital files. It is not software and it is not a service with an uptime commitment. It is a publication.
The price is $27, one time. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no upsell at checkout.
It is delivered as files. Nothing is shipped. No physical goods are supplied.
2. Delivery
Delivery is immediate. The moment Stripe confirms your payment, the page you land on hands you the files: one zip containing everything, the full pack as a PDF, the thirty prompts as editable markdown, and the outreach calculator.
You can download each file as many times as you need from that page. Keep the link from your Stripe receipt; it carries your order reference.
If the files do not appear, or the link stops working, write to support@xevolution.biz from the address you paid with and the pack is sent to you the same day.
3. The refund
This is the whole policy, and it is the same one printed on the sales page.
If the pack is not in your hands within 24 hours of paying, you get a full refund on request. One email to support@xevolution.biz from the address you paid with, with the word refund and your receipt number. No form, no reason required, no attempt to talk you into a credit instead.
Refunds are issued back to the card or account used at checkout, normally the same business day.
Nothing you have already downloaded is taken back. We can refund a payment; we cannot un-download a file, and this section does not pretend otherwise.
4. Licence and permitted use
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the pack in your own business and in client work you carry out yourself, including adapting the prompts and delivering the results to your own clients as part of your service.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish or give away the files, in whole or in part, including as a template pack, a course, or a lead magnet. You may not use them to train or supply a competing product.
5. No guarantee of results
Reply rates, open rates, deliverability and revenue depend on your market, your list, your domain history, your sending platform and your execution. Nothing here promises a particular outcome. The sample email on the sales page is an example of the writing, not a projection of your results.
Where a third-party platform is referenced, it is described generically. Interfaces change. Check the platform's own documentation before you act.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from this agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost revenue, lost clients, or damage to your sending reputation.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Not professional advice
Nothing in the pack is legal, tax, accounting or regulatory advice. Compliance obligations vary by jurisdiction and by the claims you make. Where the material touches a legal requirement, it tells you what to check and who to ask, not what the law is for you.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated. The version in force at the time you purchased governs that purchase, and a material change will not be applied to a purchase retrospectively without your consent.
9. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Iowa, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
